Our journey began with a family getaway to Lake Norman, North Carolina—where personal rental projects evolved into something greater. What started as a hands-on transformation became the spark behind a broader mission: to help others build smarter, more sustainable short-term rentals. That passion evolved into Signature Partners.

Today, Signature Partners offers two ways to work with us: Signature Consulting for owners nationwide who want strategic guidance, and Signature Management for Lake Norman and Raleigh, NC area owners who want full-service execution.
Meet Our Founders
Co-founder
Andrea is a seasoned project leader and real estate investor. With a 30-year experience in marketing, customer success, and vendor management, Andrea brings a hospitality mindset and operational precision to every property. Since launching her vacation rental in 2021, Andrea has grown her revenue consistently, achieving top 1% Airbnb status with a strong reputation for service and design.
At Signature Partners, Andrea leads operations, and client experience by empowering owners to run guest ready properties with confidence and care.
Co-founder
Deborah is a seasoned corporate strategist and financial leader. She has led corporate transactions globally, and built strategy and risk management functions. She has also successfully grown a diverse portfolio of short and long-term rentals across multiple states, navigating complex markets and regulations with discipline and insight.
At Signature Partners, Deborah helps owners and hosts think like investors connecting each decision to the bigger picture with clarity, structure, and results.
